Who We Are

Tabby and Helen met in 2021 as leadership colleagues in the local health authority. What started as a collaborative and collegial relationship in the workplace soon flourished into a friendship built on shared values, interests, and humor. We soon figured out that we were a force to be reckoned with when we realized that together, we shared a brilliance in moving projects along and developing organizational structures through strategy and partnerships.

Shift & Habit was created out of a text conversation one night, after months of casual talks about “what ifs” and “maybes.” Our goal is to create healthier work environments that bring the best out of leaders and teams.
